The opportunity

Complex drone missions combine airframe limits, battery estimates, weather, route geometry, payload and safety procedures. Missing one constraint can invalidate the plan.

Proposed system

An AI copilot would explain risks and assemble a pre-flight brief from structured telemetry and rules. It would never command the aircraft: the pilot reviews every recommendation and retains authority.

Possible MVP

A read-only ArduPilot/MAVLink companion for QGroundControl that imports a mission, checks energy and weather margins, flags conflicts and exports a cited briefing.
