Patagonia Coast Vision

The opportunity

A forecast describes a model; a camera shows a scene. Surfers, visitors and coastal teams still have to interpret both and understand when they disagree.

Proposed system

A multimodal assistant would compare live imagery with wind, waves, tides and local context, then describe visible conditions in plain language while preserving timestamps and uncertainty.

Possible MVP

One public camera at Playa Unión, periodic scene analysis, a conditions timeline and short explanations. It would be an orientation tool, not a replacement for lifeguards or official alerts.
